We’re a fast-growing marketing and sales firm looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our expanding team. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and clear growth into leadership roles.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, helping them explore services, enroll, and receive a top-tier experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in retail and event settings
- Explain products and services clearly while answering questions confidently
- Guide customers through the full enrollment process
- Support sales efforts by generating leads and following up with potential customers
- Build product knowledge to effectively match customers with the right solutions
- Track interactions and enrollments using internal systems
- Participate in daily training sessions to develop sales, marketing, and communication skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required (college experience is a plus)
- No experience required — full training provided
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, motivated, and coachable mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
