Customer Enrollment Representative

BVM Agency Inc is currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Representative position in the Pittsburgh area.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers inside retail locations and community-based promotional events, helping individuals learn about renewable energy programs and assisting eligible customers through the enrollment process. This is a face-to-face customer engagement position that offers paid training, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer relations, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in retail and event-based environments

• Educate individuals about available renewable energy programs and benefits

• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information

• Assist eligible customers with completing the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments

• Represent BVM Agency Inc professionally and positively at all times

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

• Comfortable speaking with new people in a face-to-face environment

• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
