Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator

BVM Agency Inc is currently hiring an Entry-Level Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA.

We're seeking outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and business development. In this role, you'll support retail marketing campaigns and interact directly with customers to promote renewable energy programs and assist with customer enrollments.

No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations & Engagement

• Interact directly with customers in retail locations and community events

• Educate customers about available renewable energy programs and enrollment opportunities

• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication

• Answer questions and provide accurate information regarding services and promotions

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist with the execution and tracking of retail marketing campaigns

• Support brand awareness initiatives through in-store promotions and local outreach events

• Help maintain promotional displays and campaign materials

• Participate in daily training and development sessions

Team Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve campaign objectives

• Track customer interactions, enrollments, and campaign activity

• Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and campaign performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing is a plus but not required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
